We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. At Roswell Dental Studio, we believe your care should be in the hands of doctors, not insurance companies. Instead of being “in-network” with the large insurance companies, we choose to remain independent in order to provide optimal care to each of our patients.

Insurance companies often dictate the quality of care our dentists are able to provide by limiting our ability to use high-quality materials, developing their own standards of care that don’t align with research, and rejecting claims if they don’t agree with our treatment plans.

We believe you deserve the best. We will maximize your plan by billing your PPO insurance company on your behalf and requesting they pay the maximum per your coverage for each service.

For clarity, we collect payment from patients at the time of treatment and your insurance will reimburse you according to your plan.
